Service Description
At Do it For You Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, we understand that not everyone can do traditional yoga or exercises. That's why we offer Chair Yoga/Exercises, a low impact and accessible way for all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of exercise. This gentle strength-based practice with a fun twist, as well as a dose of meditation, is designed to reduce aches and pains naturally, while being fully supported by a chair. Join us every Monday at 9.30am or Thursday at 11am and experience the transformative power of Chair Yoga/Exercises with Clare ✨️

Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy Plan Expiry: All passes and memberships have a set expiry date. Please check this before booking to make sure it works for you, as unused credits cannot be extended. Commitment to Attend: When you book a class, you’re reserving one of our limited spaces. Your booking assumes attendance, so the credit will be redeemed at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Amendments & Cancellations: You may amend or cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class. If you do, your credit will return to your account (within your plan’s expiry). Bookings cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the credit will not be returned. Refunds: Refunds are only given with at least 12 hours’ notice. Courtesy to Others: Classes often run with a waiting list. Cancelling in advance gives another person the chance to join, so we really appreciate your thoughtfulness.
